SELECTION PROCESS

We follow a process of matching the student’s needs and preferences with the capacities of the Spanish families to ensure a positive and enriching home-stay experience – one which complements the cultural program and adds value to the language-learning process.

• First, students are asked to fill out and send us a short questionnaire regarding their personal preferences, needs, and other vital information about themselves (allergies, religion issues, diet restrictions, pets or no pets, etc…)

• Next, based on the results of this questionnaire, a range of potential families are contacted, where each one’s availability and suitability and interest in hosting a student is reviewed

• Finally, after the final selection, details of the host family are made available before the student’s arrival in country, and a continuous monitoring of the situation is carried out throughout the duration of the program
